BUSINESS HOURS

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Saturday: By Appointment Only

Sunday: Closed

 As a reminder Fridays tend to be wedding prep and rehearsal days. Saturdays and select Sundays are our most common wedding and event days

Emails and texts are totally welcome. Emails received after business hours and texts received after 8:00 pm will be addressed the following business day. If you have an event emergency please call or text directly.

MEETINGS

We want this process to be a time for celebration and joy! Want to meet for coffee to talk weddings in relaxing style? Sign us up! Or you’d rather plan this fete while enjoying a little fancy cocktail? Of course! We want to get to know you better so just tell us your favorite little spot! Meetings can also be held at our studio for a place to spread out the details and get to work.

 All meetings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to the requested time and no meetings are held on Sundays. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a scheduled meeting.

 


WORKING WITH US

In order to keep every little detail organized and to help you stay on track we have set up a private client project management system, called Aisle Planer that includes a thorough online planning check list (an online version of the printed one included!), a place for continual communication, space for uploading all event contracts and more. We will email you a detailed description of how to use the program and your personal login information. 


FEES & PAYMENTS

Your payment schedule is outlined in your signed contract. We will send a formal reminder, via email, 10 days before each payment is due. This invoice will serve as your receipt.

Late payments are subject to a $75 fee for every day the payment is late.


COMMUNICATION

There are many details and working parts in planning a wedding and we want to ensure that we provide open and honest guidance throughout the process. We ask that you CC us on all vendor emails so that we know what is being discussed.

 

If we ever say or do something that upsets you, please let us know! We promise to make a deep investment in our working relationship with you and make every effort to fix it.

 

What is discussed in our work together is completely confidential. You’re welcome to discuss our working relationship with anyone you choose, but we will not discuss personal details of our relationship or your professional or private life with anyone other than those we are asked to speak with by you on your behalf.
